BETER’s Legal Team, led by our Chief Legal Officer Valeriia Tarchynska, has been named a finalist for Legal Team of the Year at the 2026 Vixio Global Regulatory Awards.
A lot has happened since we submitted our entry. Virginia became BETER’s 10th approved US state, and we secured registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), marking our entry into Canada.
